Daleel Qata’i 3 Cheezein hain:

1.Qur’an (Allah Ka Qalam) ki Aayat Jiske Ma’na me A’immah ka Iqtilaf Na ho.

2.Hadees e Rasul Mutawatir, 

Jis Hadees ke Raavi is Qadar Zyadah ho ke Un Sab ka Jhoota hona Aqlan Muhaal ho. 

Aur Ye Zyadati Shuroo’ se Akheer Raavi tak har Tibqah me rahe.

3.Ijma’-e-Ummat se Jaise 5 Waqt ki Namaz.

FARZ ka MUNKAR KAAFIR hai.

Bila Uzr Chhorne wala FAASIQ aur AZAAB-E-ALEEM KA MUSTAHIQ hai.

FARZ KI 2 QISMEIN HAIN:

1.FARZ-E-AYN: 

Ya’ni Jiska adaa karna Har Shaqs par Zaroori ho. 

Jaise Namaz, 

Rozah, 

Zakath

Hajj, 

Islami Aqaa’id aur Farz Ibadaton ka seekhna. 

Isko bila Uzr chhorne wala FAASIQ aur GUNAH-GAAR hai.

2.FARZ-E-KIFAAYAH: 

Jo Ek 2 Aadmiyon ke adaa karne se Sab ke Zimmah se Utar Jaayega. 

Koi bhi Na kare to Sab Gunahgaar honge Jaise Namaz-e-Janazah, 

Aalim-e-Deen banna.

1. Qur’an ki Aayat Jiske ma’ne me Doosra bhi Ahtemaal (possibility) ho.

2. Aisi Hadees Jiske Raavi bohat Na ho ke TAWATUR ke darjah ko Pohnche.

3. Qiyaas Ahle Ijtihaad.

Waajib ki misaal FARZ Namaz ki Jama’t, Eidein ki Namaz waghera.

WAAJIB KI 2 QISMEIN HAIN:

1.WAAJIB-E-AYN: 

Jiska adaa karna Har Musalman par Alhaidah Alhaidah WAAJIB hai. 

Jaise Namaz WITR, 

Namaz EID waghera.

2.WAAJIB-E-KIFAAYAH: 

Aisa Waajib hai ke Agar Kuch Musalman adaa Karein to Sab ki taraf se adaa ho Jaaye, 

Warna Sab Gunahgaar honge Jaise Tableegh-e-Deen.

NAMAZ KE WAAJIBAAT Ka Hukm Ye hai ke Jiska Namaz me Adaa Karna Zaroori hai. 

Isko Qasdan chhorne se Namaz to ho Jati hai magar NAAQIS Ya’ni MAKROOH-E-TEHREEMI, 

WAAJIB AL-I’AADAH hoti hai.

Haan.! Agar Wajib bhoole se Chhoot Jaaye to Uske liye Sajdah Sahoo kaafi hota hai. 

Haan.! Agar Sajdah Sahoo Na kiya to Namaz Waqt ke andar Lautaani WAAJIB hai.

SUNNAT Kia Hoti Hai?

Jis Cheez ko Rasoolullah (sallallahu alaihi wa sallam) ne Ya Sahaba-e-Kiraam (rizwaanullahi ajma’een) ne Kiya ho Ya Karne ka Hukm diya ho.

SUNNAT 2 QISMEIN HAIN:

SUNNAT-E-MU’AKKIDAH:-

Wo Kaam Jise Huzoor (sallallahu alaihi wa sallam) Aksar Karte rahe ho Ya Karne ke liye farmaya ho. 

Aur bila Uzr Kabhi Na Chhora ho Jaise SUBAH (FAJAR) ki Sunnatein. 

Iska Chhorna GUNAAH hai.

SUNNAT-E-GAIR MU’AKKIDAH:-

Wo Kaam Jise Huzoor (sallallahu alaihi wa sallam) ne Aksar kiya ho,

Aur Kabhi bila Uzr Chhor bhi diya ho. 

Aisi SUNNAT ke chhorne se GUNAAH Nahi hota Jaisa ke Asar ki Sunnatein.

Phir SUNNAT ki Aur 2 Qismein hain:-

SUNNAT-E-AYN

Jiska adaa karna Har Musalman ke liye Alhaidah Alhaidah Sunnat hai Jaise Aam Sunnatein.

SUNNAT-E-KIFAAYAH: 

Aisi Sunnat ke Agar Kuch Musalman adaa karein to Sab ki taraf se Adaaygi ho Jaaye Warna Sab par Sunnat Chhorne ka Baar rahega Jaise A’itekaaf.

NOTE-1: 

Jis Sunnat ka Saboot Hadees-e-Mutawatir se ho Uska MUNKAR KAAFIR ho jata hai aur Jis Sunnat ka Saboot Hadees-e-Mash’hoor se ho Uska Munkar FAASIQ ho jata hai.

Agar Sunnat ka saboot Hadees Ahaad se hai to Uske Munkar ko BID’ATI kehte hain.

Agar Sunnat Ittifaqan TARK ho Jaye to Kuch HARJ Nahi. 

Agar Aadat Kar li to Uske TARK par Usko Malaamat karna chahiye. Wo Gumraah hai aur Shifa’at se Mehroom rahega.

NOTE-2: 

Namaz me Sunnat-e-Mu’akkidah qasdan Ya sehvan chhoot Jaaye to Namaz Makrooh Tanzeehi hogi. 

Namaz ka I’aadah Ya’ni Dohraana Nahi hai, 

Albatta Sawaab Kam ho Jaayega.

Jis kaam ke karne ka Sawaab Huzoor (sallallahu alaihi wa sallam) ne bayaan farmaya ho, aur Us par Khud bhi amal kiya ho, aur Wo Ibadat ke Baab se ho Aadat ke Baab se Na ho.

Mustahab ke karne me Sawaab hai, 

Na karne me Koi Azaab Nahi hai. 

Mustahab ka Munkar Na to Kafir hai Na Faasiq, 

Na Bid’ati. Haan Karne wala Sawaab aur Fazeelat ka Mustahiq hai.

HARAAM ka Munkar Kaafir ho jata hai,

Aur baghair Uzr ke Iska Murtakib FASIQ aur MUSTAHIQ Azaab wa Saza hota hai.

Ya’ni Na-Gawaar (Na-Pasandeedah) aur Bura.

MAKROOH-E-TEHREEMI:-

Jiski Mumaani’at aur Na-Pasandeedgi Daleel Zani se ho. Aisa bura Kaam Jo Haraam ke qareeb qareeb ho. 

Makrooh-e-Tehreemi ka Munkar Kafir to Nahi hota lekin Amal me laane wale Fasiq aur Azaab ka Mustahiq hota hai.

MAKROOH-E-TANZEEHI:-

Tanziyah ke ma’na PAAK wa SAAF hain. 

Makrooh-e-Tanzeehi aisa Fa’l hai Jo Paak-baaz ko Nahi karna Chahiye. 

Ya’ni aisa bura Kaam Jiski buraayi ma’mooli ho, 

Shari’at me Gair-Munaasib samjha jaata ho, 

Iska chhorna Achha hota hai, aur Karna PAAK-BAAZI ke khilaf hai. 

Bach Jaaye to Sawaab ka Mustahiq hota hai.

Q. Haram aur Najayez Kehne Mein Kia Farq Hai?

A. Najayez Jaisa Kohi Lafz Fiqh Ki Kitabon Mein Nahi Hai. Ulema Ki Ek Badi Jamat Makrooh e Tehrimi Ko Najayez Likhti Hai Jiska Mana Gunah e Sagira Se Liya Jata Hai.

Haram Ko Gunah e Kabira Samjha Jata Hai.

Aawam Ko Samjhane K Liye Isme Farq Kia Jata Hai.

Haan Agar Sab Aalim Ho Tab Kabira aur Sagira Dono Mein Haram Bol Diya Toh Harj Nahi.

Q. Kia Masjid me pyaz khaa ke ja sakte h?

Jawab:بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم

Pyaz kha kar masjid me jaa sakte hai, koi harz nahi, magar pyaz kha kar munh achhi tarah saaf kiya gaya ho, aur pyaz ki badbu naa ho warna jana *mana* hoga, aur aise har shakhs ko masjid me ane se roka jayega jo kacha pyaz ya lahsun ya kuchh bhi badbu wala khaa, pee kar aata ho, kyunki isse firishton (malaika) ko taqleef hoti hai

Hadis Sahi’ain me hai من اکل من ھذہ الشجرۃ الخبیثۃ فلایقربن مصلانا؎

(jisne is (kachcha piyaz ya lehsun) me se khaye wo hamari masjid ke pas naa aye)

Radd al Mukhtar me hai واکل نحوثوم ویمنع منہ وکذاکل موذولو بلسانہ

(masjid me dakhil hone se pehle badbudar cheezon maslan kachcha pyaz ya lehsun khane wale ko mana kiya jaye). (Ishi Huqm Mein Machli, Dawa, Bidi, Cigarette, Hukka Wagaira Bhi Hai)

Woh amal jise shariat naa pasand kare, par ispar kuchh azab nahi (gunah nahi)

Aadhi aasten me namaz ho sakti hai ya nahi?

Jawab:  بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم

Aadhi asteen ki t-shirt or shirt me namaz ho jaygi. Or agar doosre kapde mojood hain to aadhi aastin me namaz makruh e tanzihi hai, magar namaz fir bhi ho jaygi dohrane ki zarurat nahi naa kuchh gunah, Or agar doosra kapda mojood nahi hai to namaz makruh bhi nahi,

Jiske pas kapde mojood hon, aur sirf aadhi aastin ya banyan pehen kar namaz padhe to karahat tanzihi hai, (yani namaz ho jayegi). Aur (doosre) kapde mojood nahi to karahat (tanzihi ki) bhi nahi,

Aadhi aastin wala kurta, qameez ya shirt, kam-kaj karne wale libas me shamil hain is liye jo aadhi aastin wala kurta pehen kar doosre logon ke samne jana gawara nahi karte unki namaz makruh tanzihi hai aur jo log aisa libas pehen kar sab ke samne jane me koi burai nahi mehsus karte to unki namaz makruh bhi nahi.

Makruh e Tanzihi Ki 3ri Misal-

 بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم

Agar jan ya bhool kar pehli rakat me surah naas padh li to baki rakat me bhi surah naas hi padhta rahe, 

kyunki quran ko ulta padhna zyada sakht hai, (banisbat iske ki ek hi surat dohrata rahe), aur ek hi surat ko sari rakat me dohrana gunah nahi makruh tanzihi hai, wo bhi uske liye jise or surate aati ho fir bhi ek hi padhe, aur jise doosri nahi aati to, doosri yaad karne me lag jaye, or ek hi surat se namaz padhe uske liye makruh bhi nahi.

Khade Hokar Wuzu Karna Kaisa?

(Ye Na Tanzihi Hai Na Tehrimi) Let Kar Wuzu Bhi Kar Sakte Hai.

Khade ho kar wuzu karne me kuchh gunah nahi, aur wuzu bhi sahi ho jayega, magar wuzu me bethna mustahab hai, agar beth kar karega to zyada sawab payega, aur khade ho kar karega to wuzu ke sawab me kuchh kami naa hogi bas zyada(extra) sawab jo milna hai usse mehroom rahega,

Aur wuzu naam hai char(4) farz ke dhul jaane ka, jisne wuzu ke char farz ada kar liye wuzu ho gaya chahe beth kar kare, let kar kare, ya bhool se kar le, ya koi or karwa de, ya barish me dhul jaye behrhal har surat me wuzu sahi hoga, magar beth kar hi karna chahiye, magar khade ho kar kare to bhi kuchh gunah nahi,
